The BIOXEL ablative laser allows you to perform dermatological, gynaecological, ENT, dental and surgical procedures.

Replaceable heads

The BIOXEL laser is equipped as standard with three heads (two surgical with focal lengths of 50 mm and 100 mm, and a fractional one) and several optional ones. A set of heads can be used to perform dermatological, surgical, laryngological, gynaecological and dental treatments. The laser is adapted to work with a micromanipulator, colposcope and microscope.

Operating principle

When ablative fractional procedures are performed, the laser uses a scanner to cause micro-damage (200μm in diameter) on the surface of the skin. At the same time, heat energy is supplied to the tissue, which is large enough to stimulate the skin to produce new collagen fibers, and thus rebuild it, and balanced enough not to overheat and burn it. The ablative action allows for partial evaporation of the top layer of the epidermis, and only micro-damage to the skin is created, minimizing the risk of infection. Such a risk is very high in the case of traditional methods such as microdermabrasion, where skin damage covers almost the entire surface of the face

Dental applications

Thanks to its properties, the BIOXEL CO2 laser is used as a knife in dental surgery. The high absorption of laser radiation in water makes treatments quick, safe and with minimal impact on adjacent tissues.

Built-in treatment programs make it much easier to select the right parameters and increase work safety. The use of a special, angled handle improves the visibility of the treatment area.
The procedure does not require stitches, the swelling is much lower and the risk of scarring is practically non-existent. Treatments with the use of a CO2 laser are characterized by minimal bleeding (blood vessels are closed) and thanks to the possibility of non-contact operation, there is no possibility of wound infection. In addition, during the evaporation and cutting of tissues, sterility is ensured by high temperature.
